How do you protect my property from damage during roof replacement? 

We take great care to protect your home and landscape. Using construction tarps and a small dump trailer, we ensure minimal disruption and safeguard against damages from larger trucks. Our daily cleanup includes thorough magnetic sweeping to remove all metal and nails, ensuring your family's safety. 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure materials and permits, with the remaining balance due upon completion. 

What happens if my deck board is rotten?

During roof replacement, we thoroughly inspect all deck boards. Any loose or rotten boards are either renailed or replaced at no additional cost, with up to 50 linear feet included in the original price. 

How long does roof replacement take? 

Our goal is to complete your roof promptly while ensuring quality craftsmanship. Typically, small to medium-sized homes are completed in one day, while larger roofs may require additional time as they need to be done in sections to protect your home from exposure to the elements.
